Positive Impact and Potential Benefits

This idea stems from my personal experience. As people age, the elderly population tends to face certain health issues. Currently, a majority of elderly individuals suffer from conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and various other ailments. Moreover, it's not just the elderly population; other patients undergoing postoperative recovery also require specific dietary adjustments. As caregivers for these patients, it's often distressing to prepare suitable meals and recipes tailored to each patient's needs. This software aims to address this pain point by assisting patients and their caregivers in providing personalized dietary advice to support the recovery and overall health management of their loved ones. My application is designed to empower caregivers.

My project application can generate customized healthy nutrition recipes based on users' personal health conditions, medical history, and physiological data, providing personalized nutritional guidance to users.

For caregivers like patient's family members, my application will significantly reduce the burden of arranging meals for the sick family members, enabling them to better care for the patient's health. Thus, through effective health management and preventive measures, my project helps reduce medical expenses, alleviate family financial burdens, and positively impact the overall health level of the community.

My project will utilize physiological data collected by wearable devices, combined with generative AI technology, to help users more effectively manage their health, adjust dietary plans in a timely manner, and maintain their physical well-being.
