Typing Bangla with AI

Regardless of whether you are a Bangladeshi or live in West Bengal, you may have faced the problem of writing informal Bangla in a fast and efficient manner. There are may keyboard apps out there that does the job such as Bijoy, Avro and the currently under development uboard.

The big issue with these popular apps is that they aren't very efficient and consume a lot of time. This may not cause any issues for the experienced typists who work for the government or private offices but what about the average joe?

We normal average joes are expected to learn the complex keymap of Bangla words? But there could be better solutions. Avro is kind of better with its Banglish approach but it still makes mistakes that are, not very easy to solve.

But what if we tell AI to do this? That's exactly what I did with the English to Bangla Type & Translate app. It works like a charm and took me like 5 days to make. Its accuracy makes me scared. Is coding going to become so efficient that one developer will be doing what 3 coders do now? Let's not expand more on this question as this is a little off topic.

আমরা সাধারণ মানুষকে বাংলা শব্দের জটিল কি-ম্যাপ শিখতে বলা হয়? কিন্তু উত্তম সমাধান থাকতে পারে। অভ্র ব্যাংলিশ দৃষ্টিভঙ্গিতে কিছুটা ভালো, তবে এটি ভুল করে যা সহজে সমাধান করা যায় না।

কিন্তু আমরা যদি এই কাজে AI ব্যবহার করি? ঠিক একই কাজ আমি English to Bangla Type & Translate অ্যাপ দিয়ে করেছি। এটি অবাক করার মতো ভালো কাজ করে এবং মাত্র ৫ দিনেই তৈরি করেছি। এর নির্ভুলতা আমাকে ভয় পেতে বাধ্য করে। কোডিং এতটাই কার্যকর হয়ে উঠছে যে, একজন ডেভেলপার এখন ৩ জন কোডারের কাজ করছে? এই প্রশ্নের উপর আরও বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা ঠিক হবে না, কারণ এটি বিষয় থেকে বের হয়ে যাচ্ছে।

Though it did make some mistakes in the above text, I could easily solve them in a minute. That's quite the productive app you have there. I hope the free credits won't run out for a while as I am using it quite often.
