Participants will be provided with practical knowledge and skills, enabling you to build sophisticated voice AI agents that can understand, process, and respond to human speech. Our experts will guide you through fundamentals of AI agents, best practices from industry leaders, and real-world use cases.
Additionally, the session will show how to set up Deepgram AWS self-hosted deploys; including the necessary AWS infrastructure, EC2 instances, storage solutions, and networking configurations, to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Optionally, participants will be able to go through a self-hosted AWS deploy (NDA required) and gain practical experience in installing and configuring Deepgram's self-hosted models, as well as optimizing them for real-time transcription needs.
Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops to follow along with the exercises and leave with the skills needed to implement and manage a robust ASR solution on AWS. A basic understanding of coding is required, but no prior experience with voice AI is necessary.
What you will learn:
- Demystifying AI voice agents: Explore fundamentals and real-world use cases
- The key to responsive AI: How speech-to-text drives efficiency for conversational workflows
