Last episode we built a call center together. This time, we have our call in special. Our Tech Tales hotline was open for folks to call in, tell us their story, and have it sent to us on air! We break down how the hotline is powered by Amazon Connect and the voicemail-like solution deployed. Each call led folks to leave a message for either Matt or Zhamara, which was then transcribed and sent via email to us!
