Enriching Amazon WorkSpaces data

See how ControlUp Enrich gives real-time user experience insights with the Amazon WorkSpaces console, spark insight and conversation into what "what next" looks like

Published Dec 13, 2024
I'm sure you're thinking to yourself.. well I heard about ControlUp and Amazon WorkSpaces from Muneer at Re:Invent.. but how can I access richer in-session data, maybe even interact with a WorkSpace directly from the Amazon WorkSpaces console? And, is that enough?
Fair question :/
If you've configured ControlUp EdgeDx and you've Amazon WorkSpaces assigned to it, you can use Enrich to give erm.. enhance your Amazon console experience. It looks like this today..
My goal is a prompt for "if this now.. then what be could next?". To excite you. To entice you. To enrich your experience ;)
What I'm very much more interested in understanding is... besides latency, logon performance, application remediation, cost information.. what are key issues are you interested in? As a deployer, as a maintainer, as an administrator of Amazon WorkSpaces what do you need help with, or would love deeper insight on?
I see awesome value in this community to generate constructive conversation to help bring success for all.
So, as I write this in the season of giving, what would help you and your team(s) sort through how best to work through understanding desktop experience and observability in delivering Amazon WorkSpaces?
