In her over six years at AWS, she has partnered closely with her customers to enable their success and transformation. Purva is a customer advocate who works with them to understand their business and technical needs, champions for them within AWS, and ensures their success. 💪 In her over 15 years in the tech industry, she has worn multiple hats, including being an engineer, a consultant, and a solutions architect. 👩💻
She is passionate about advancing the status of women in the technology industry. 🌟 At AWS, Purva leads the Events program for the Women at AWS affinity group that enables women to succeed in their careers at AWS. 🚀
Purva began by explaining the role of a Principal at AWS. 🌟 Principals are leaders in their field, often responsible for driving large-scale projects and initiatives. They combine deep technical expertise with strategic vision to solve complex customer challenges. 🔧 In her role, Purva not only manages customer relationships but also guides them through their cloud journey, ensuring they leverage AWS solutions to their fullest potential. ☁️
One of the key questions asked was about the hardest part of Purva's job.
